1. Eligibility

• At least 17 years old to use the app on iOS, or
• At least 18 years old to use the app on Android

By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Mixed Poker Club is a poker simulator platform that features multiple unique poker game formats, beginning with Taiwanese Poker. It is intended for entertainment purposes only.

• No real money can be wagered or won
• Chips and points have no real-world value
• There is no cash-out functionality

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit the game
• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools
• Impersonate or harass other players
• Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or redistribute the app

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Mixed Poker Club may offer optional subscriptions and in-app purchases for premium content or features.

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google
• They auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Play Store account
• All billing is handled externally — we do not process refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, assets, branding, logos, and source code are the property of Mixed Poker Club LLC. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any part of the app or website without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Services "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime or availability
• Freedom from bugs, lag, or crashes
• Compatibility with all devices or OS versions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mixed Poker Club LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user for violating these Terms or for any behavior deemed harmful to the game community.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. International Disclaimers

UK/EU – GDPR:
We do not collect personal data, but you may request access or deletion of any anonymized usage data.

Canada – PIPEDA:
We comply with PIPEDA and honor requests related to gameplay data access or removal.

California – CCPA:
No personal data is collected under the CCPA. You may request removal of anonymized data if desired.
